Saleh has led transformation and improvement initiatives across multi-country businesses in Europe and internationally, with experience spanning systems change, process redesign, operating-model improvement and implementation.
His work has included redesigning fragmented business processes, supporting finance and operational system changes, improving reporting and management control, coordinating transitions across teams and suppliers, and translating complex business requirements into practical implementation plans.
